TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

This “Find A Dentist” search tool includes all dentists in Florida who are members in good standing of the Florida Dental Association (FDA) which is an official constituent society within the American Dental Association. While most member dentists of the FDA pay annual dues, there is no specific charge for any dentist to be listed herein. Anyone contacting a dentist through this referral service should inquire in advance about fees and expenses (which will not be more than the dentist’s usual and customary fees) and the dentist’s overall qualifications to provide care before engaging in a course of treatment.

As a condition of their membership, all FDA member dentists voluntarily abide by the high standards reflected in the American Dental Association’s (ADA) Principles of Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct. While the ADA, FDA and local affiliated dental societies throughout Florida strive for all of their members to adhere to the highest ethical standards, licenses to practice dentistry in Florida are issued by the State of Florida’s Department of Health (not the FDA). No endorsement of any dentist or representations with respect to qualities of care is suggested or implied through the use of this tool.
